I´ve eaten cereal for breakfast since I was a little girl. I simply love a big cereal bowl in the morning. Conventional cereal brands are not that good for you but actually, finding healthier versions is not so difficult nowadays. One of my favorites are sugar-free buckwheat flakes but feel free to use any other kind, like spelt, whole wheat, corn…
This is one of my favorite breakfast bowls. Fresh, sweet, so satisfying and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 peach, chopped.
- 1 cup buckwheat flakes (or any other)
- 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice
- Optional: toppings of your choice. In the picture I sprinkled shredded coconut and cacao nibs. Skip these toppings if following Dr. McDougall and/or Esselstyn´s programs.
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a big bowl and enjoy!
