VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
This vegan hollandaise sauce is ultra-easy to make and tastes insanely good! You only need a few ingredients and a blender.
It’s mid-September already and I’m starting to get scared because my university vacation is coming to an end. Next week, back to study, which means that my free time is going to be considerably reduced. I´ve been wondering whether I should post less often but most people told be that you would prefer shorter posts (less text) but as often as usual (2 posts/week). So that’s what I’m going to do. I´ll give priority to posting recipes rather than trying to spend too much time writing the posts.
So from now on, I´ll keep sharing delicious vegan and oil-free recipes but my texts will be much shorter than usual (unless I feel very inspired or the post requires more text for whatever reason).
So now back to today’s recipe. Vegan hollandaise sauce. Seriously guys, this sauce is absolutely delicious. I had a hard trouble not eating it by the spoon straight from the saucepan. It is super easy and fast to make since all you have to do is blend the ingredients and then warm it up on the stove. But it really tastes like a good hollandaise sauce from a fancy restaurant.
Great on potatoes, veggies, beans…you name it! I served this vegan hollandaise sauce with potatoes, asparagus, a quorn vegan fillet (which by the way, are soy-free and oil-free) and a few lemon slices. It was simply delicious!
