This vegan hollandaise sauce is absolutely delicious. It is super easy and fast to make since all you have to do is blend the ingredients and then warm it up on the stove. But it really tastes like a good hollandaise sauce from a fancy restaurant.
½ cup (75g) cashews
1 cup (240 ml) soy milk, almond milk or cashew milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened soy yogurt
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons mustard
1 heaping tablespoon whole rice flour
½ teaspoon kala namak salt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in sauce pan and cook on medium-high heat until it thickens up. The longer you cook it, the thicker it will get.
Taste and season with extra salt if needed (optional).
Serve with potatoes, veggies…
