This Vegan Peach Crisp is oil-free and probably the healthiest one you´ll find on the internet. Baked, sweet, juicy peaches topped with warm crunchy oats that scream: “eat me with a good scoop of melty chocolate ice cream”.

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Add chopped peaches to a baking dish and spread on the bottom.
  3. Mix the rolled oats, the maple syrup and the almond butter until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture over the peaches.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with a scoop of vegan ice cream. I recommend this banana ice cream recipe. Just add a tablespoon of cacao powder for a chocolate version.
