Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients beside the vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the vinegar and blend for another 3-5 seconds.
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of the batter into the pan and cook until bubbles for on the top. Then flip and cook for another minute or until slightly brown.
