SKINNY HUMMUS

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (200 g approx.)
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (use tamari and double-check the ingredients for gluten-free option)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk
- pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
