MANGO ALMOND ICE CREAM

Yield 8 ice cream scoops
Tasty, easy to make, refreshing...this mango ice cream is everything you need this summer. It´s vegan, oil-free, gluten-free and soy-free.
Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks.
- 4 tablespoons non-dairy milk.
- 4 tablespoons almond butter (reduce or omit for a low-fat version).
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
- Blend until creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
