Ingredients

  • 1 soy yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cereal flakes (I used buckwheat flakes but you can use corn flakes, spelt flakes…)
  • 1/4 cup puffed quinoa
  • Optional: cacao nibs for topping (skip for low-fat version)

Instructions

  1. Place first yogurt, then flakes, fruit, quinoa, yogurt and again fruit. Just be creative 🙂 Enjoy!
